The hydraulic electric pump uses a pair of wedge-shaped pads between the base and the foundation for correction on the basis of burying the anchor bolts. To calibrate the concentricity of the pump shaft and the motor shaft, the allowable deviation of the outer circle of the main road of the coupling shaft is 0.1 mm; the gap between the two coupling planes should be 2-4 mm, and the gap should be uniform with a tolerance of 0.3 mm.
After the specific test run of the hydraulic electric pump generator set for 2 to 3 hours, if the inspection is not carried out and there is no bad atmosphere, it is considered that the installation is qualified. In the whole process of trial operation, check the temperature and vibration conditions of the rolling bearing. If the coupling is loosened, use a level to place it on the pump shaft and base of the electric pump. Adjust the wedge pad to correct the level of the generator set and twist it properly. Tighten the anchor screws to prevent walking.
1. Before using the machine, check the working voltage of the machine and check whether the power plug and the power socket are connected well.
2. Connect one end of the hydraulic oil pipe to the connector of the machine, and connect the other end with the special tool of the type you must use.
3. Warmly remind whether the quick-connect connectors on both sides are locked in time before application. Be sure to press the quick-connect connectors firmly to the end, and do not tighten the sports jacket nut on the premise of releasing the pressure. If it is not locked in time, there will be a situation where the oil cannot be based on, which will cause the machine to have no posture.
4. If the hydraulic electric pump is used frequently, the anti-wear hydraulic oil needs to be replaced once a year.
